Result: Live guide with labs and both capstones shipped.

Problem: Splitting trip, dinner, and flatmate bills by hand is slow and easy to get wrong.
Approach: React + Firebase PWA that tracks group balances and settles via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
Result: The app is live: split expenses and know who owes whom.

Problem: Microservices needed a repeatable path from commit to Kubernetes without manual deploys.
Approach: GitLab CI builds and tests, Trivy scans, then ArgoCD GitOps with Helm onto EKS.
Result: Cut CI/CD deployment time by 65% and reduced failed deploys by 80%; 15+ microservices with zero-downtime releases.

Problem: Multi-account AWS was hard to reproduce when clusters, IAM, and networking were built by hand.
Approach: Terraform modules for VPC, IAM, EKS, Helm, and monitoring/security baselines across accounts.
Result: IaC modules for multi-account AWS infrastructure, adopted across multiple teams.

Problem: Metrics, logs, and vulnerability findings lived in separate tools, so incidents and scans were hard to see together.
Approach: Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK for operations visibility, with Trivy in GitLab pipelines.
Result: Centralized monitoring plus pipeline scanning; 200+ critical vulnerabilities remediated and a 95%+ remediation SLA.
